New and modern philipino-swiss owned bed & breakfast

Samal Sunset View is a new and modern philipino-swiss owned bed & breakfast located on Samal, an island in the south of the Philippines, just right on the doorstep of Davao, the biggest city in Mindanao. Two comfortable rooms whereas each of them is equipped with a queen sized bed and a private bath with hot shower are available.

The site has a splendid breathtaking view to the Gulf of Davao and the Mount Apo, which is – with its 2‘954m of altitude – the highest mountain in the Philipines.

At the moment Samal is only accessible by ferry. However, the bridge from Davao is under construction. Samal Sunset View is about 25 Minutes by car ride from the barge.

On request and against a fee, we can organise the ride from the barge, but also from any other location in Davao to the Samal Sunset View.

Transfer from the airport (or any other site in the city of Davao) is available on request and against a fee:
- Via taxi: PHP 3,900 (from the airport, if we organize it)
- Via banka (boat): PHP 5,800 (includes airport taxi to Santa Ana wharf, 50-minute boat ride to Adeccor, and a 10-minute private car ride to Samal Sunset View)
